You have experience in General Practice and are looking for the next challenge. Quality of care is important to you, and you are inspired by efficiency in your service and that of the team. As you get to know your patients well, you want to make a difference, do it well and have a leading role in the team's development. You are determined, hardworking and expect to be rewarded through your success. While motivated and driven to serve a higher cause, you are aware of the importance of the hard business requirements in general practice and working to budget. With support and some training you can lead a team and pilot success. You enjoy working with people, and are patient but insistent on raising standards. You understand the importance of working effectively with community stakeholders, and staff and are able to raise morale, inspire and motivate.


Due to practice growth, 3Well is offering this unique opportunity for the right individual to join the leadership team with a view to taking on the lead clinician’s role remuneration to suite. As a part-owner you will enjoy shares as well as dividends and a salary. You will be protected by limited liability and are eligible for a full NHS pension. Our motivated and friendly staff will support you in your role. Your full time role will include clinical sessions and clinical administrative time. Having GP/ ClinicianSI skills or GP/ Clinician training skills will be favourably considered. You will ideally already understand the workings of general practice and its management principles.


3Well Medical is a full NHS family member, with staff and principles who have many years of experience in General Practice. We also have the community at heart, with a PPG that fulfils a governance and quality assurance role supporting the practice leadership.


The practice is set in a suburban area on the outskirts of Peterborough, yet walking distance to the city centre. There are adjacent natural parks, lakes and boating opportunities including the nearby river Nene. The practice is located among village and suburban communities, as well as many villages on the outskirts of Peterborough. Peterborough's various shopping experiences, easy access to the city centre as well as good bus and public transport access plus excellent private and state schools, make it an excellent place to settle. The Centre of London is as little as 40 minutes by train, and easy road access by the A1. There are many centres of worship including KingsGate a 3000 strong local church, leisure facilities and many outdoor sporting opportunities in Peterborough which is aspiring to becoming the "Green Capital of Europe".
