GP Lead Role:
Do you want to take a deep breath of fresh air, clear your head and review your direction of travel? You are an experienced GP principle. You are person orientated, and interested in training, team building and audits, with an option for clinical sessions.
Working with the practice manager and leadership team, you will support patient safety efficiency, fuelling an enthusiastic patient focused team, to support a practice of 10,000 patients across 2 sites.
Hours of work are flexible based around 9-5. Remuneration to fit the role, including salary share options, part-ownership.
You will be working in a purpose built health centre in the suburbs of the City of Peterborough (North Cambridgeshire), with its easy train access to London, not to mention nearby A1/ M1 access to the rest of the country. Having a wide range of housing to suite all, multiple retail experiences, extensive walks through the beautiful surrounding countryside, the Nene river offers many water activities, restaurants (some set on the river), barges and theatres in the City.

You have experience in General Practice and are looking for the next challenge. Quality of care is important to you, and you are inspired by efficiency in your service and that of the team. As you get to know your patients well, you want to make a difference, do it well and have a leading role in the team's development. You are determined, hardworking and expect to be rewarded through your success. While motivated and driven to serve a higher cause, you are aware of the importance of the hard business requirements in general practice and working to budget. With support and some training you can lead a team and pilot success. You enjoy working with people, and are patient but insistent on raising standards. You understand the importance of working effectively with community stakeholders, and staff and are able to raise morale, inspire and motivate.
Due to practice growth, 3Well is offering this unique opportunity for the right individual to join the leadership team with a view to taking on the lead clinician’s role remuneration to suite. As a part-owner you will enjoy shares as well as dividends and a salary. You will be protected by limited liability and are eligible for a full NHS pension. Our motivated and friendly staff will support you in your role. Your full time role will include clinical sessions and clinical administrative time. Having GP/ ClinicianSI skills or GP/ Clinician training skills will be favourably considered. You will ideally already understand the workings of general practice and its management principles.
