Join the GP Lead Role:

Do you want to take a deep breath of fresh air, clear your head and review your direction of travel? You are an experienced GP principle. You are person orientated, and interested in training, team building and audits, with an option for clinical sessions.

Working with the practice manager and leadership team, you will support patient safety efficiency, fuelling an enthusiastic patient focused team, to support a practice of 10,000 patients across 2 sites.

Hours of work are flexible based around 9-5. Remuneration to fit the role, including salary share options, part-ownership.

You will be working in a purpose built health centre in the suburbs of the City of Peterborough (North Cambridgeshire), with its easy train access to London, not to mention nearby A1/ M1 access to the rest of the country. Having a wide range of housing to suite all, multiple retail experiences, extensive walks through the beautiful surrounding countryside, the Nene river offers many water activities, restaurants (some set on the river), barges and theatres in the City.

There is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a General Practice Team in Peterborough running 2 family General Practices.

This role is salaried with the opportunity of dividends/ shares and part-ownership in the business for valued team members.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Prescribing Pharmacist who is adaptable, reliable and flexible.

For the right candidate, we have scope for 2 pharmacists at 4 or 5 full days, The hours will be between 9am and 6pm with some flexibility.

This role is ongoing and expected to be a minimum of 6 – 12 months depending on the success of the candidate.

The Practice you will be based in has a successful and friendly multi disciplinary team.

Remuneration is between £28 and £38 per hour

The Role and Duties include suitably skilled, trained and qualified Prescribing Pharmacists in the following.

* Medication Reviews

* Discharge Reviews

* Minor Ailment clinics

* Diabetes/Hypertension speciality preferred but not essential

* You will maintain a high level of professionalism and technical standard of work, complying with relevant Codes of Practice.

* You will hold all documentation required by all clinicians under the NHS Employers standard checks.

* Minimum of 24 months UK, NHS experience .

* Professional and cooperative attitude towards patients, customers and colleagues

* Member of an appropriate professional body and hold a valid registration

* Eligibility to work in the UK.
